It's around this time the New Years Resolutions start cascading, to be fuelled later on by discussion and drink at various parties. To resolve is good. We humans like change and we love things improving. But it's a little depressing when we find-mid January 2007-that no progress has been made. So perhaps this year give your Resolution(s) a little more consideration:
get clarity e.g. to lose weight. Why? For looks, for health? Give yourself a big enough why and the goal will happen.
get accuracy e.g. to save money. How much? Exactly. Then we can see it happening. And success really does build success.
get real. You know the gym didn't work in 2006, nor 2005, nor 2004. So, why sign up for 2007? If what you are doing isn't working: try something different.
get it visible. Write your resolution somewhere it will be seen by you every day, several times a day.
Have fun getting the changes you seek.
