It's easily lost: a negative comment, a rejection, a subdued audience, poor management. But too much of it and we lose our judgement and we drift towards arrogance.

It simply means you are learning, reflecting, re-wiring, unsure. Or need some support or time out. Or... note the emotion and take it as feed-back that something needs to be done to restore that healthy state of balanced confidence. It might take weeks or days or months. But it can be done.
