It's clear that you don't want to be a mere cog in the machine. Nor a sheep going through the dip, again. So many of the greatest radicals started small. By the time their skill-set was at its best, the world was taking notice.
Be a radical and change the world by starting small:
- Insist on well-run meetings: objective, facilitation, actions.
- Be on time, every time. By saying no to more stuff.
- Tell more stories and use fewer PowerPoint bullets.
- Don't aimed to be liked. Aim to be respected.
- Be loyal. Be resourceful. Thank.
- Never walk by a quality issue. Fix it.
- Love the business you are in. Not the competitor's.
