3. There's free soft drinks; you drink water.
4. They say: sorry, don't speak Spanish; you say de nada, gracias.
5. They say can we have an advance copy of the slide-deck?;  you say no but you can have an executive summary for post-talk distribution.
6. They're complaining about lack of business, you're on the phone ringing every account for an up-date on budgets.
