- Get up 45 minutes earlier;
- wake up instantly:
- try hot water and a little grated ginger as your first drink of the day;
- that’ll kick-start the metabolism;
- enliven the senses
- and spark the synapses:
- so that you are not just not sleeping but actually awake.
- Go to bed earlier so that you wake naturally without an alarm.
- Blame nothing;
- absolutely nothing.
- Decide what needs to be done and do it.

- listen to Mick Jagger: try his album of solo efforts;
- listen to Johnny Cash, again.
- Dream until the dreams are no long dreams but reality.
- Give what you want massive attention;
- stop talking;
- stop making tea;
- start doing.
- Say it. At the meeting. Say it.
- Don’t do a job, do a passion.
- Don’t build a career, build a movement.
- Don’t seek money, seek wealth.
- Don’t wait for the culture to change around here;
- be the culture change around here.
- Learn to breathe:
- fully, deeply, steadily;
- learn to drop the stress that builds that gives you aches and pains and distracts you from your mission of making the world a better place;
- stretch, flex and drink more water.
- Don’t ask for permission: kick butt;
- stop copying and
- start believing in your own work:
- yes you do and yes you can.
- So what are your challenges?
- Write them down:
- line by line;
- clear and explicit.
- What’s bugging you?
- Causing you sleepless nights?
- And distracting you from your cause:
- be it parenting or
- running a business or
- carving out a passion or
- all three?

- There are some things you can’t change. Let them go.

- How can we love Bourne’s girlfriend? because she doesn’t winge;
- Attention means;
- what and
- when.
- Acceptance means:
- let go of the baggage.
- Attitude means:
- no failure only feedback and
- you can do anything but not everything.
- If you knew exactly what to do, what would it be?
- So: do it!
- Who does know what to do?
- Ask them.
- Why has the universe given you this possibility?
- Your very own coaching plan.
- It wants you to get better at relationships, maybe.
- Or get that book written?
- Or get fitter?

- No other reasons. The universe is perfectly fair.
- It hasn’t got that much spare capacity either to keep an eye on you.
- But it’s there for you.
- So a ripple of space-time quantum dust sent a nudge in your direction;
- but did you get the message?
- Sure an e-mail would have been easier, but what if it had ended up as spam?

- It’s all going to be ok!
- Stand up and stretch;
- take a look at that hand;
- look right thorough it, to atomic level;
- that’s the power you have.

- You don’t have any problems at all.
